Em 2014, a alta caiu para 7,33%.<\/p>\n<p>No ranking de setembro dos mercados imobili\u00e1rios mais quentes do mundo, S\u00e3o Paulo estava na 10\u00aa posi\u00e7\u00e3o. Em dezembro, chegou ao 6\u00ba lugar. Mas no balan\u00e7o do ano, divulgado agora, a cidade caiu 5 posi\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Dubai perdeu a lideran\u00e7a para a Turquia e a Irlanda continou mostrando uma recupera\u00e7\u00e3o formid\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Os dados s\u00e3o do Global Property Guide e n\u00e3o incluem o ajuste pela infla\u00e7\u00e3o. Em alguns mercados, o dado est\u00e1 restrito a alguma cidade mais importante, como indicado. Por trimestre, entende-se o per\u00edodo entre outubro e dezembro de 2014.
